SUBSTANCE USE EVALUATIONS
We are not currently accepting new clients for Substance Use Evaluations.
If you require an Alcohol Evaluation, Custody Evaluation, or any other court ordered Substance Use Evaluation, please contact the COURT CLERK in the COUNTY where your case is being supervised or your Probation Officer/ Case Manager to get a list of State Approved providers.
If you are a CURRENT 5280HCC CLIENT, and you need an evaluation regarding your current case, please let your counselor know so we can get you set up with our clinical team.
