🚨 5280 Human Care Center has a strict attendance and no-show policy.
♒Although we are a private organization, licensed by, but not affiliated with the State of Colorado, we are committed to upholding the DUI and EOP treatment standards and requirements set forth by the State and the Colorado DMV.
📌Missed groups not only increase your time commitment but also prevents other clients from actively seeking treatment.
💵Our agency relies on your weekly commitment to treatment to ensure that groups are properly staffed to meet the needs of all of our clients. Therefore, a $20 no-show fee is applied to cover administration costs and lost revenue associated with your absence.

ATTENDANCE/ NO-SHOW POLICY
ATTENDANCE/ NO-SHOW POLICY
😕 We recognize that life happens, and we understand that things like work and kids and other challenges arise in schedules, but Attendance in DUI Treatment is required by the court and/or DMV and should be considered both a time and financial priority.
📌A $20 no-show fee will be assessed for any absence, regardless of the reason for the absence.
📌If you report an absence prior to group, you may receive an excused absence, however, an excused absence does not mean you will not receive a no-show fee.
📌THREE (3) No-Shows in a row may be cause for dismissal from the program at the agency's discretion.
📌FOUR (4) No-Shows in a row REQUIRE discharge per DMV and/or Colorado State Law.
📌If you have an affidavit of enrollment for the DMV, attendance is mandatory. Weekly attendance is reported to the DMV and non-compliance with attendance may cause revocation of your driver's license without warning.
📌If discharged for persistent non-compliance with attendance, you may be prevented from reinstating your treatment with our agency.
