LEVEL 1 EDUCATION ONLINE INTAKE: 

IMPORTANT: LEVEL 1 ALCOHOL EDUCATION does not satisfy DMV requirements for license reinstatement.

You should ONLY sign up for Level 1 if:
1. You are pre-sentence and your attorney SPECIFICALLY recommended Level 1
2. The courts have SPECIFICALLY sentenced you to Level 1
3. The DMV has sent you a letter SPECIFICALLY stating Level 1 is acceptable

If none of these situations apply, please contact us to discuss, otherwise these classes may not count toward your probation or DMV requirements.

STEP ONE:

LEVEL 1 ALCOHOL EDUCATION ​REGISTRATION

You will complete 4 documents: Registration, Telehealth Consent, Treatment Contract and Assessment.

STEP TWO

MAKE PAYMENT

You will select 1 of 2 options for payment.

​OPTION 1. Two classes per week/ Complete Level 1 in 3 weeks = $275 OR

OPTION 2. One class per week/ Complete Level 1 in 6 weeks = $105 + $30/ class
