DUI LEVEL 1 ALCOHOL EDUCATION |
Level 1 Alcohol Education DUI Classes consist of 12 hours of Level 1 alcohol classes over 6 sessions, unless an alcohol evaluator states that more time would be appropriate based on the individual's circumstance. Level 1 DUI alcohol education participants are required to purchase the curriculum workbook. Court-ordered DUI classes are weekly & typically conducted in a group setting. Individual Level 1 Education is available.

Level 2 Alcohol Education DUI Classes consist of 24 hours of alcohol education over 12 weeks. Court-ordered Level 2 alcohol classes are weekly & typically conducted in a group setting. Individual Level 2 Education is available.

When Level 2 therapy is required, it follows Level 2 alcohol education and may range from 6-12 months depending on the track assigned. The tracks depend on the severity of the offense & may be assigned by the probation officer or agency. Fees will vary depending on the track. Court-ordered Level 2 therapy DUI classes are weekly & typically conducted in a group setting. Individual Level 2 Therapy is available.

The therapy track is determined by the severity of the DUI and most often accompanies Level 2 Education. See TRACK TABLE for specifications.
DUI LEVEL 2 FOUR PLUSknown as Track F, this is a specialized treatment program for those individuals who have had four or more impaired driving offenses

This specialized treatment is different from standard DUI Level 2 Alcohol Education or Level 2 Therapy, and typically does not include any traditional Level 2 DUI services. Although Level 2 Four Plus consists of a minimum of 18 months and a minimum of 180 clinical contact hours, successful completion is not attained by completion of months or hours, but by the demonstration and internalization of competencies within four phases of treatment.

ENHANCED OUTPATIENT THERAPY (EOP) |
Enhanced outpatient therapy is indicated when an assessment reveals that an individual may benefit from substance abuse services that are more intensive than Level 1 Alcohol Education or Level 2 Alcohol Education & Level 2 Therapy DUI classes.

EOP MAY INCLUDE RELAPSE PREVENTION, CBT AND/ OR MRT
|
EOP may be indicated in addition to Level 2 therapy and may include relapse prevention, CBT, MRT or individual therapy.

RELAPSE PREVENTION |
Relapse Prevention therapy seeks to identify high-risk situations in which an individual is vulnerable to relapse & to use both cognitive & behavioral coping strategies to prevent future relapses in similar situations. The goal of treatment is to help people recognize the early stages of relapse, how to cope with triggers, and how to develop healthy coping skills to manage day to day life without the use of drugs & alcohol. Relapse prevention classes are weekly & typically conducted in a group setting. Individual relapse prevention is available.

COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY (CBT) |
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CBT, is a type of psychotherapy in which negative patterns of thought about the self are challenged in order to alter unwanted behavior patterns and/ or to treat mood disorders, like depression. CBT classes are weekly & typically conducted in a group setting. Individual cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is available.

MORAL RECONATION THERAPY (MRT) |
Moral Reconation Therapy, MRT, is a type of cognitive behavior treatment system that leads to enhanced moral reasoning, better decision making & more appropriate behavior. MRT is conducted over 12 two hour sessions. MRT classes are weekly & typically conducted in a group setting. Individual moral reconation therapy (MRT) is available.

ANGER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM |
Anger can lead to problems with friends, family & at work. If unchecked, it can cause you to lose marriages, friends & other relationships, even your job. We help you learn how to control your anger so it doesn't control you. Anger management classes are weekly & typically conducted in a group setting. Individual anger management session are available.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPYINDIVIDUAL THERAPY MAY BE USED FOR THE EOP PROGRAM

All of our therapy groups are designed to provide support, accountability, and fresh perspectives. Group settings may seem daunting at first, but most people find that listening and talking in a group helps them to realize that they are not alone in their situation. Feeling alone is often the primary barrier to seeking treatment because of the shame and guilt we often carry. Finding out that others share in the struggle can be the catalyst to healing.
While we encourage group participation, we realize that some situations call for additional privacy needs. Additionally, time constraints and other life responsibilities can make scheduling difficult. Individual therapy may be used as a substitute or as a supplement to group therapy.

FEES: ALL Individual Therapy sessions are 1 hour 10 minutes and are $75 per session. Class make-ups are 1 hour 10 minutes and are $65 per session.
IF A WEEKLY SESSION IS MISSED, A MAKE UP CAN BE COMPLETED THROUGH INDIVIDUAL THERAPY AT THE LISTED FEE.
