🔒 The client portal is supported by Reliatrax and is a secure, HIPPA compliant platform designed to keep track of your documents, treatment progress, attendance, payments and billing history and more.
📌 From your client portal you can manage billing, payments, scheduling, and messaging.
📌 You can also order documents like Progress Reports, Affidavits of Enrollment and DRS forms.

📧🔒 If you completed your intake more than 48 hours ago, you have been sent an INVITE to the Client Portal.
📌 Look in your email and/ or junk mail for an invite from
[email protected] or do an email search for the term, "Welcome to the ReliaTrax Client Portal!"
📌 If you completed your intake less than 48 hours ago, please give us 24-48 hours to process your information and keep an eye out for the client portal invitation.

📌 If you HAVE ALREADY CREATED A USER NAME AND PASSWORD, and forgot your password to the client portal, you can click the 🔒 Client Portal button below to be prompted to reset your password.
📌 Once you have changed your password, you should be able to access the client portal.

📅 Appointment Reminders
📌 Email and text appointment reminders will come approximately 30-60 minutes before group from the address: [email protected].
📌 For HIPPA purposes, the reminder will not contain your name or the agency name, just the appointment date and time and zoom link, which can also be found In the APPOINTMENTS TAB in your client portal.

📌 Reliatrax houses our client records and provides a framework for billing, scheduling, and messaging needs, including hosting your client portal.
📌 Additionally, Reliatrax interfaces with Colorado State Probation, allowing your probation officer, if assigned, to access your attendance and payment history.
📌 IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Your probation officer, if assigned, DOES NOT have access to your treatment notes. What you say in group stays in group.
📌 EXCEPTION: Concern for the safety of yourself or others and violations to agency and/or probation policies.
